We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our services. This may include:

  • Location information, when you use features like ride booking and live tracking
  • Device and usage information, such as app version, device model, and crash reports

  • To improve app functionality, performance, and user experience
  • To communicate with you about rides, updates, or support
  • To ensure safety, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal requirements

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data may only be shared with service providers (such as payment processors and mapping services), legal authorities if required by law, and drivers — only the information necessary to complete your ride.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account anytime by visiting your profile page in the app and selecting Delete Account. Alternatively, you may contact our support team for assistance.

Data Retention

8-day retention period
Once your account is deleted, personal data is retained for 8 days before being permanently removed from our systems.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your account credentials private.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable time frame.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or our website. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

How to Delete Your Account

Deleting your account from any Lavalite Tech platform is straightforward. Follow these steps:

  • Open the platform — Go to the website or app you wish to delete your account from (CRM, Workspace, E-Commerce, etc.)
  • Go to your Profile — Navigate to your profile or account settings page, usually accessible from the top-right menu.
  • Find Delete Account — Scroll to the bottom of your profile/settings page and click the Delete Account button.
  • Confirm deletion — You'll be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your account deletion is initiated immediately.
Can't find the option?
If you're unable to locate the Delete Account option, contact our support team and we'll assist you directly.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is removed:

  • Your profile information, including name, email, and phone number
  • Your activity history and usage data associated with the account
  • Your login credentials and authentication tokens
  • Any content or files you uploaded that are not required for legal or compliance purposes

Data Retention After Deletion

8 days from deletion
Data collected from our software has a retention period of 8 days from the time of account deletion. After this period, all personal data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.

Some non-personal, anonymised data may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you.
